On the outside, life looks steady. But inside, you feel overwhelmed.

The pressure of work and navigating work relationships spills into every aspect of your life. You constantly question whether you're measuring up, and at times, you feel like an imposter.

You feel like you have to prove yourself all of the time, but no matter what you achieve, you still don’t feel good enough. You tend to be hard on yourself.

You and your partner are having the same unproductive conversations without resolution. It feels like you no matter how hard you try, you just can’t understand each other.

You find yourself replaying conversations in your head and wonder if you said something wrong. You tend to worry about what others think of you.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Hi! I’m Courtney. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I help clients get to the root of their challenges. I specialize in working with overwhelmed professionals and couples who are struggling with relationships, work pressures, and self-doubt to break the cycle of overthinking and repeating unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-trust, and create stable, fulfilling connections.

I approach sessions with curiosity and compassion. I am committed to supporting my clients so that when they walk away from therapy, they feel confident in their ability to make congruent decisions in their lives and relationships. I believe life feels better and more fulfilling when we trust ourselves and are able to nurture self-compassion.

Here’s how I can help

Work-Related Anxiety

Navigating work stress and anxiety including overwhelm, perfectionism, and challenging work relationships.

Anxiety

A life where you feel present and confident in your ability to make aligned decisions is possible.

Couples

Support for healthy relational communication, conflict resolution and deepening safe connection.

Here’s how to get started

  1. Take the first step

Reach out here to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.

  2. We’ll connect and explore your needs

The consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what you're hoping for in therapy, and see if we’re the right fit. I’ll ask you to share a bit about yourself and what you’re seeking in therapy, and answer any questions you may have.

  3. Begin your therapy journey

Most people feel a little nervous for their first therapy session. That’s normal! The first session I will be asking you about your history, what life is like for you in the present, and we will begin to collaborate on your goals for therapy.

When you trust yourself and feel safe in your relationships, life flows with more ease, alignment, and possibility.
