Here’s the reality: life inevitably includes many transitions of all shapes and sizes. From choosing a college to changing careers, life transitions can feel overwhelming, confusing and debilitating. Sometimes transitions can be full of exhausting decisions, making it tough to feel present in the moment.
My goal is that you would experience confidence and ease as you walk through upcoming life transitions. Using a nervous system approach, I will equip you with the tools to move from feelings of fear, freeze and detachment to a place of presence and balance. Our sessions will empower you to feel confident in your decision-making abilities, allowing you to adapt and thrive in the midst of future crossroads.

Examining your nervous system states and mapping out your body and brain responses to what is going on in your life.
Exploring what safety looks like for you during life transitions as a way to anchor your process.
Increasing your self-connection, self-compassion, confidence and self-trust as well as your ability to make decisions that feel aligned with your values/visions.
