High Achievers

Do you feel pressure to always be doing, going and working towards a goal? While this can be celebrated in our culture it can also lead to massive burn out. I support high achievers in maintaining their drive while allowing space for rest and ease.

Perfectionism

Have you noticed that your self worth is tied to your performance? Do you feel like you’re on the hamster wheel of perfectionism— always striving for “the best?” Working in therapy to disconnect worth from performance can lead to less stress, more alignment, and greater empowerment.

I can help you access your authentic self which in turn creates more security, safety and self-assurance.

You don’t have to life a life feeling anxiety, worry and overwhelm. A life of confidence and presence is possible.

I can help you get there.
