Therapy for self-esteem helps you do 3 things:

  1. Identify root causes of your low self-esteem so that you gain awareness and feel a sense of agency over this part of your life.

  2. Increase self-compassion and an ability to hold and connect to all parts of yourself with a sense of acceptance.

  3. Allow for alignment and congruence around values, identity, relationships and decisions for the present and future. So you can feel ease and confidence as you actively engage in your life.

I’ll help you through this process. Tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to therapy for self-esteem comes from a belief that you have an innate ability to build a healthier self-perception. I can help you access your authentic self which in turn creates more security, safety and self-assurance.

You don’t have to life a life feeling low self-worth. A life of confidence and positive self-connection is possible.

I can help you get there.
